This Reservoir is on the edge of the Peak District National Park and open all year round offering a broad range of activities for those who enjoy the outdoors. It is situated some 13 miles south of The Manifold Inn via a lovely route (dependant on the weather of course) via the valleys of the River Manifold & River Dove.
The Reservoir has ample parking and a Visitor Centre and offers Walking, Cycling, Bird Watching, Fishing, Water Sports, Picnic Area & Children’s Play Area Bridleways for Horse Riding.
There is also a sailing club and trout fishery for those looking for an activity to get involved with. Dogs and barbeques are welcome in the Country Park.
